NOVEMBER 20

Kierain Patrick Allen, 24, of Holme Oaks, Ocle Pychard, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to three police officers in Hereford on November 5.

Allen also admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of her duty.

He was fined a total of £95. He must pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Liam David Peter Allen, 19, of Holme Oaks, Ocle Pychard, pleaded guilty to damaging a police radio and earpiece and wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of her duty.

He also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause distress.

Allen was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and handed a 12 month conditional discharge. He must also pay a £21 victim surcharge.

Samuel Joshua Hadley Clarke, 24, of Park Street, Hereford, was caught driving in Michaelchurch Escley while over the drug limit on June 30.

A drug test revealed Clarke had 800microgrammes of cocaine metabolite Benzoylecgonine, 11 microgrammes of cocaine, 32 microgrammes of ketamine, and 75 microgrammes of MDMA per litre of blood.

Clarke was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £538. He must pay costs of £135 and £53 victim surcharge.

Luke Buchanan Berry, 25, of Churchill Avenue, Leominster, admitted being drunk and disorderly on Westfield Walk on November 19.

Berry was fined £80 and must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

Catherine Mckenna, 68, of Corve Street, Ludlow, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £90.50 from Fat Face in Hereford on October 5.

She also admitted stealing goods from other stores in Hereford, including cosmetics worth £20.98 from Boots, accessories worth £46 from Accessorize, clothes worth £49.50 from Marks and Spencer and goods worth £66.97 from New Look.

She further admitted stealing goods worth £200.95 from White Stuff and clothing worth £44 from M&Co in Ludlow, and breaching a conditional discharge.

Mckenna was fined £173. She must pay costs of £135 and a £32 victim surcharge.

NOVEMBER 19

Kacpar Caban, 18, of Marlbrook Road, Hereford, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend on September 26 and failing to provide acceptable evidence for the absence.

He also admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on Widemarsh Street on the same date

Caban was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 18 months, disqualified from driving for 12 months, and must pay total costs of £245 and a victim surcharge of £122.

NOVEMBER 18

Artur Srodek, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to breaching the terms of a restraining order and a suspended sentence imposed earlier this year after visiting a property he was banned from between November 14 and 17.

Srodek was jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay a £122 victim surcharge.

William James Hawkins, 35, of Phillipstown, New Tredegar, admitted using a mobile phone while driving his Mercedes on the M50 near Ross-on-Wye on April 17.

The court heard Hawkins would lose his job if he was disqualified from driving.

Hawkins was fined £154 and his licence was endorsed with six points. He was ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

Jason James Frederick Oldaker, 49, of Sudbury Avenue, Hereford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on July 4.

Oldaker was handed a 12-month community order, a 24-month restraining order, and fined £25. He must pay £185 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

Harriet Sarah Thompson, 24, of Barons Cross, Leominster, was found guilty of driving without due care and attention and without a licence or insurance on Ridgemoor Road, Leominster, on October 6.

The court heard Thompson approached a traffic calming measure into the path of an oncoming vehicle thinking she had right of way.

Thompson swerved to avoid a crash, hitting and writing off two cars parked on the side of the road.

She was fined a total of £1,320, disqualified from driving for 12 months, and must pay costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Oliver James Woodhouse, 41, of Rhiwbina, Cardiff, was caught speeding on the A40 near Pencraig on August 11.

Woodhouse was fined £168 and received three points on his licence. He must pay costs of £60 and a £32 victim surcharge.

NOVEMBER 14

John Alasdair Lindsay, 60, of Holme Lacy, Herefordshire, was banned from driving after he was caught speeding on the A40 near Ganarew on May 24.

Lindsay was fined £100, disqualified from driving for six months and was handed three points for the offence. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge.

NOVEMBER 13

Jordan Franklin, 19, of Whitecross Road, Hereford, admitted possessing cannabis, assault, and causing criminal damage to the value of £100-£200 to a car and a mobile phone on September 29.

Franklin was fined £96 and must pay compensation of £150 to the car owner and £50 to the owner of the mobile phone.

He was ordered to pay costs of £185 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Stuart Arthur Chatwin, 51, of Oak Field Road, Hereford, admitted riding a pedal cycle on Ross Road in Hereford while under the influence of drink or drugs.

The court heard Chatwin was incapable of controlling the bike, and was seen swerving in the carriageway and failing to indicate a change of direction at 1.15am on September 8.

Chatwin was fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £100 and a £32 victim surcharge.

David Terrence Cree, 26, of Lakeview, Shobdon, admitted breaching a supervision order following release from prison.

The court heard Cree failed to keep in touch with his supervising officer, to reside at an approved address, and to obtain permission to stay at a different address.

Cree also pleaded guilty to possessing cannabis on September 21.

Cree was made subject to a 28-day curfew with electronic monitoring.

He was fined £200 for possessing the class B drug, and must pay costs of £185 and a £32 victim surcharge.

Stephen Martin Jones, 29, of Lowfield Meadow, Kingstone, pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm on May 19.

Jones was handed a 12-month community order and fined £25. He must also pay costs of £100 and a £90 victim surcharge.

Stewart Edward Kelley, 49, of Albert Drive, Swindon, was banned from the roads after he was caught drink-driving on the A438 at Whitney-on-Wye.

A blood test revealed Kelley had 187 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when he drove his white Vauxhall Corsa in Herefordshire on June 18.

Kelley was fined £364 and disqualified from driving for 36 months. He must also pay £135 in costs and a £34 victim surcharge.

Marc Smith, 31, of Union Street, Hereford, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour on Alexander Avenue in Hereford on September 26.

Smith was fined £60. He must pay £135 in costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
