This year’s Kington Food Festival tomorrow (Saturday, December 7) will be the biggest ever with more than 95 stands.
It take place from 9.30am until 3.30pm and features hand-picked borders’ produce to give shoppers the best charcuterie, patisserie, meats, chocolate, fudge, preserves and oils.
Kington library will have a visit from Father Christmas and there will be a competition for under 11-year-olds to create an edible Christmas decoration. There is also street music.
Organiser Pam Peek said: “It is the largest free food festival in the Marches.”
Admission and parking is free. A charity cheese and wine event from 6pm at the marquee costs £5.
