FLOOD defences will remain in place in Bewdley "for the foreseeable future" as river levels are set to rise again this week.
Bewdley town bridge remains closed, as well as Stourport Road behind the flood barriers, ready for an expected peak in the River Severn later this week.
An Environment Agency spokesman said: "River levels are forecast to rise at the Bewdley river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.
"Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible from 5pm tomorrow (Monday).
"Flooding could affect Riverside North including the road to Lickhill Manor and Acacia Avenue, Bewdley, the access road to Lickhill Caravan Park and the Walkway. Property and gardens flood at Severnside, Stourport."
The river is expected to reach between 5m and 5.4m on Wednesday, February 26.
Levels reached 5.24m on Wednesday, February 19.

An Environment Agency spokesman added: "We are closely monitoring the situation.
"Our incident response staff are checking defences and liaising with emergency services.
"Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and move possession and valuables off the ground or to safety."
Wyre Forest District Council tweeted today that Beales Corner barriers may be redeployed later today or on Monday.
