Firstly, let me say that I am appreciative of all that the emergency services do all the time.
I also support the right of all people to show their support to these services in whatever way they choose, including mass clapping.
However, I'm afraid that this is not my "scene" and seeing certain politicians joining in stuck in my throat.

This is why I have decided to spend the 8pm time slot each week writing to MPs and urging them to get the virus test and PPE rolled out much much quicker to these frontline workers.
I started with my own MP Bill Wiggin, and I will repeat these emails each week copying other MPs in until I here more positive noises from the organisations representing these staff. I hope this won't be long in coming.
