GRATEFUL children of key worker parents gave a special “thank you” to the staff of St Bartholomew’s CE Primary School, Areley Kings, for looking after them during lockdown.
The hands on the artwork include the names of the seven youngsters who have attended school every week and was created by year six pupil Bethany Manning, whose parents work for the NHS and helped out with the frame.
Headteacher Ian James said: “We were very touched to receive this wonderful thank you. It has been an honour to care for this group of super children so that their parents could go to work and provide us with health care and other essential services.”
