MOTORISTS in Dudley can expect disruption when further Metro works take place in the town next week.
A one way system will be put in place along Trindle Road, between its junction with Hall Street and Castle Hill from Monday, July 13.
The road will be closed to traffic travelling northwards/downhill towards Castle Hill while South Staffordshire Water carry out a water main diversion as part of the project to bring the Midland Metro to Dudley.
The system is expected to be in place for 11 weeks, lasting until Friday September 25, as part of the project to extend the Metro from Wednesbury to Brierley Hill, via Dudley.
A diversion route for northbound traffic will be in place along New Mill Street, Flood Street, Duncan Edwards Way, and Castle Hill.
Meanwhile, the current one lane restriction on Castle Hill is expected to continue to August.
