EVESHAM Jubilee AS contested the QEII Trophy at Bishampton’s Jubilee Fishery.
Ray Nosworthy, drawn on Jubilee pool peg 39, won the afternoon match with 70lb 2oz.
Phil Seedhouse was second with the top weight from Withies pool off peg seven of 56-0 and Alan Neale finished third with 41-12 off W25.
Section winners were Mark Birbeck (37-4), Chris Taylor (37-0) and Bill Knight (29-8).
The Simon de Montfort Cup is on Sunday with a noon draw and fishing from 1pm until 7pm.
l Evesham Youth AC fished the fifth and final round of their Townsend Lake Series at Jubilee Fishery.
Competitors struggled to find fish until the last hour, apart from Owen Robinson, who drew the end peg 18 and caught all day to win with 34-0.
