LITTLETON let slip a second-half lead to exit the FA Vase in a 2-1 defeat at West Midlands Regional League outfit Wellington.
The visitors had the better of a first half of few chances with a 20-yard shot from Brett Fellows comfortably saved by keeper Matt Apperley.
The game came to life in the 57th minute when Fellows scored a fine individual goal but caught by indecision over whether to stick or twist, Littleton succumbed to two sucker punches.
Adam Newbury scored 17 minutes from time with J Hancock notching the winner five minutes later.
Littleton host Stafford Town in the Midland League Division One on Saturday (3pm).
