The Vale Golf Club news
WILL Reading won The Vale seniors' annual Autumn Trophy.
Sixty-eight members played the competition in sunny conditions.
The stroke-play format went to Reading with an outward 49 and 44 back, including one birdie and three pars, to beat Chris Enticknap on countback.
Third was Mike Roberts with 84 gross 13 handicap 71 nett.
