STOW-on-the-Wold's Seanin Gilmore was again in flying form.
Warwickshire’s Do3 triathlon squad competitor was racing at Oulton Park Duathlon.
She was first in her age group and fifth female overall to secure a place at next year’s ETU Championships in Romania.
Gilmore completed the 8.6-kilometre run, 38.8km cycle section and final 4.3km run in two hours four minutes 10 seconds.
The athlete was seventh at the ITU Duathlon World Championship earlier in the season.
Dave Knight, Do3’s head coach, said: "Seanin has trained hard throughout the season and gaining a place at the European Championships is a just reward."
