LITTLETON lost 6-2 at Midland League Division One title contenders Racing Club Warwick.
The hosts are a formidable attacking force with Wade Malley, Ben Mackey and Trea Bertie.
Although outgunned, Littleton fought hard throughout but were overwhelmed.
Warwick went ahead on 14 minutes when a shot from Bertie was saved at full length by keeper Joshua Rogers but the rebound went straight to Jack Jeys who had an open goal to shoot into.
The second came on 24 minutes through Bertie and the third quickly followed with a penalty by Mackey.
Immediately on the restart an own goal made it four.
Littleton pulled one back through Antonio Alcaraz Zamora but this was quickly followed by another Bertie goal on 70 minutes.
Littleton continued to try hard and in a goalmouth scramble Kevin Ingram made it 5-2.
The final goal came on 83 minutes through Scott Turner.
Littleton are away at Rocester on Saturday (3pm).
