LITTLETON achieved their first Midland League Division One win of the season in style at the 16th attempt with a crushing 5-0 victory over visitors Heath Hayes.

The villagers moved off the bottom of the table on goal difference.

Littleton set the pattern of the game from the start and swept into the attack.

The first goal was from a ball down the centre which Luke Rowlands fastened onto and he flicked it past the advancing keeper into the corner.

Littleton dominated but it took them until 35 minutes to add number two when Matthew Iorns side-footed high into the net from 12 yards.

Number three came as Ollie Manoochehri drove home from an angle.

On the hour it was 4-0 when Rowlands' powerful run led to his shot ricocheting between him and the defender and limping into the net.

A second from Manoochehri on 70 minutes completed the scoring and sent Littleton supporters home happy for once this season.

They are at home again on Saturday to Paget Rangers (3pm).
