EVESHAM Rowing Club's Rich Evans returned with two trophies from the Northampton Head of the Nene.
With three out of four wins previously at the 1,800-metre downstream event, Evans got the best masters single sculler’s time of the day of seven minutes four seconds, beating last year's effort by five seconds.
He then joined the Hollowell quad in victory in the fastest overall time of the day of 5.35.
Evans and his crew-mates are training hard with high hopes of finishing the head season with further wins at Stourport and Worcester before the Evesham Regatta on May 4 and 5.
