THERE was no separating the bottom two in McDonald's Worcester and District Football League Sunday Division Two.

Worcester Saints drew 2-2 at home to Lower Teme and Martley Athletic who remain one point behind their opponents at the foot of the table but with three games in hand.

Another 2-2 draw in the division, again at Perdiswell, saw Droitwich side Riflemans hold high-flying hosts Worcester City Wanderers.

David Hadden (2), Joseph Care and Rob Garton led Perdiswell FC Colts to a 4-1 home win over Kempsey Colts United.

Matthew Wood (2), Jack Clutterbuck and Adam Ellis guided Droitwich Spa Eagles past hosts GDL Athletic 4-0.

It is hotting up at the top of Division Three with second-placed Powick hammering Grosvenor Sports 9-2.

Joe Spencer bagged five goals with two for Leon Roberts and one for Damien Hill and Tom Roberts. Lee Lacey and Andrew Cornes replied.

Phillip Brett and Mark Gillespie scored for Droitwich Spa Eagles Reserves in their 2-2 home draw with Worcester Saints Reserves who netted through Kristian Bottrell and Harry Lewis.

Otherwise it was cup action for league clubs with Clifton Rovers thrashing Oak Apple 6-2 to reach the Katherine Rayer semi-finals.

Will Griffith and James Quinn notched braces with Josh Stafford and Jack Knot also on target.

The Bell progressed 5-4 on penalties at lower-ranked FC United of Worcester after drawing 2-2.

Alexander Hewitt and Joe Bates scored for the hosts.

Another penalty shoot-out was required at FC Malvern who edged out Drakes Broughton Rangers 6-5.

The sides drew 1-1 with Aaron Smith and Gavin Hunter scoring respectively.

Worcester Athletic also went through by beating Pillar 2-1.

Perrywood made the Baylis Cup semi-finals after defeating fellow Premier Division high-fliers Fernhill Heath Athletic 3-1.

James Todd replied for Athletic.

St Johns stormed through 7-0 against Northside in another all-Premier Division clash.

Colwall Wanderers continued their strong season by reaching the Southam Trophy final with a 6-0 hammering of Droitwich Spa BGFC Town.

New Dales went into the semi-finals as Daniel Parsons, Daniel Scheppel and Rio Janic earned a 3-1 win at higher-ranked Hornets who replied through Matt Jacklin.
