NEW Inn Pershore made it third time lucky having lost two finals in recent season.

They lifted the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday Football League's Mick Godwin Cup at Evesham United's Jubilee Stadium with a 2-0 win over Inkberrow.

The score was level at half-time before second-half goals from Dan Rushton and Kyle Ballard proved enough for New Inn.

The two sides meet again next month in the Evesham Hospital Junior Cup final.

Cropthorne secured third place in Division Two by defeating local rivals Fladbury 4-1.

Oliver Clayton (2), Leon Williams and Jack Dean scored for Cropthorne with Max Ferriday on target for Fladbury.

TDMS Harvington lost 2-0 in the semi-finals of the Worcestershire FA Sunday Minor Cup to Peacock Wanderers.

Victory in their final two league games will see Strawberry Field United clinch promotion in Division Three following a comfortable 8-0 win at Bredon with goals from Neal Cross (3), Matt Magee (2), Craig Colston (2) and Jake Maisey.
