PROFESSIONAL fitness instructor James Grant is leading a series of free sessions at Pershore RFC open to anyone who wants to get in shape over the summer.

The 45-minute-long group sessions are free to everyone and are already generating a lot of interest among non-rugby players and members alike.

Pershore chairman Rick George said: “We are a community sports and leisure centre and so these sessions are open to anyone – men, women and children - and they are different every week.

"There is something for everyone and you can do as much or as little as you want under James’ expert guidance.”

Anyone interested can drop in at Pershore RFC, Mill Lane, Wyre Piddle, at 6.30pm every Wednesday and join in the fun.
