WORCESTERSHIRE have switched a second fixture from Blackfinch New Road headquarters to Kidderminster Cricket Club.

The County will now take on Australia A at Chester Road next Tuesday in a 50-over encounter.

The prestigious fixture, part of a two-month tour by Australia A, has been moved due to flooding at New Road.

Fans will have another opportunity to see the tourists' one-day squad captain Travis Head in action after he spent last season as Worcestershire’s overseas player.

Worcestershire CEO Matt Rawnsley said: "Flood water has receded moderately over the last few days and we are hopeful once all the water has left the outfield that we can start ground preparations to ensure a speedy return to Blackfinch New Road.

"We appreciate tickets for this fixture against Australia A are in high demand so additional seating and facilities will be added to Chester Road in readiness for this fixture.

"We would once again like to thank Kidderminster for their assistance."

Head is joined in the Australian squad by Matthew Wade, Will Pucovski, Peter Handscomb, Ashton Turner, Mitch Marsh, D’Arcy Short, Kurtis Patterson, Ashton Agar, Michael Neser, James Pattinson, Josh Hazlewood, Kane Richardson and Sean Abbott.
