NEWCOMERS from a two-day course with Pershore Duplicate Bridge Club impressed against current members.
Brigid Amor and Teresa Ford were the highest-ranked trainees in session one and Susan Cookson and Chris Bates starred in the second in a final preparation before joining the club.
