LITTLETON Bowling Club held their annual federation day in glorious weather.
The winning pair John Martin with Andrew Auger were presented with the cup and bottles of wine by Alan Cleaver.
Runners-up Paul Dunkley and Barrie Marcroft missed out on the top spot by just a handful of shots.
Many of the members took part with players drawn as pairs.
The game was loosely based on crown green bowling where a small mat is thrown down and the jack bowled in any direction.
Bowls and jacks collided with players having to jump to avoid being hit by them.
Each of the five sessions was of six ends.
