Collins finished from close range on 19 minutes but Gornal levelled through Ryan Piggott’s volley from the edge of the area.
But Spa led again 10 minutes before half-time through Collins’ 25-yard free-kick and the striker completed his treble in the second period after good work from James Lemon.
Lemon scored his first before Gornal’s Matt Martin was sent off for an elbow on Haydn Morris.
A second was added by Lemon with Piggott’s late rebound when Matt Oliver saved his initial penalty proving just a consolation.
Bromyard Town fared better at Old Wulfs with a 0-0 draw.
Inkberrow romped to a 9-1 win at Leamington Hibernian in Midland League Division Three.
Nathan Davies (3), Jay Higgins-Pugsley (2), Ben Thomas (2), Dan Blake and Brad Hands scored.
Welland beat Shipston Excelsior 2-1 but Upton Town crashed 5-1 at AFC Solihull with Jack Shemwell scoring and being sent off.
