NORTH and Middle Littleton and Inkberrow secured the Wychavon Parish Games table tennis titles.

Forty-nine players took part in the senior and junior events.

With 14 parishes going for the seniors’ trophy, the father-and-son partnership of Sean and Ali Witheford from North and Middle Littleton beat Evesham Bengeworth’s Simon Robinson and Bob Bryant to win the final for the second year running.

Wyre Piddle and Broadway were the defeated semi-finalists.

The juniors’ cup involved 12 parishes with Ben Pons and Christopher Hartley from first-time winners Inkberrow beating the brother-and-sister partnership of North and Middle Littleton’s John and Anna Blakely in the final.

Ashton-under-Hill and Eckington were knocked out in the semi-finals.

Sedgeberrow saw off Badsey and Aldington in the women’s darts final with Christine Beaver edging out opposing captain Marcelle Wilks in the decider.

The crib semi-finals pair Wyre Piddle with Broadway and Honeybourne with Bretforton.

In the men’s darts final Offenham will face Sedgeberrow or Evesham Bengeworth.

Honeybourne will play Eckington and Hill and Moor take on Bretforton in the dominoes semi-finals.

The pool semi-finalists are Inkberrow, Evesham Bengeworth, Honeybourne and Eckington.
