Worcester City’s match tonight has been cancelled due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Faithful were set to take on Evesham United at Claines Lane however following a referee inspection, the match has been postponed.
The two side’s were to meet in the quarterfinal of the Worcestershire Senior Invitational Cup.
A statement from the club said: “Following an inspection by a local referee, the Worcestershire Senior Invitational Cup fixture due tonight at home to Evesham United has been postponed.
“A new date for this fixture will be announced in due course.”
This follows the postponements of two other quarterfinals, due to take place on Tuesday, December 7.
Pershore Town’s fixture with Bromsgrove Sporting has been postponed, as has Stourports Swifts’ clash with Redditch United.
In the one quarter-final to go ahead, Worcester Raiders were beaten 2-1 at Sixways by FA Cup stars Kidderminster Harriers.
