EVESHAM were stunned late on, on the road against Berkhamsted.
The two sides sat at 1-1 until the 86th minute of the Southern League Premier South tie, after goals from Michael Harding and Andre Wright.
However Adam Watkins regained the host's lead late on before Harding struck again in stoppage time for the 3-1 victory.
Both sides were forced into an early substitution after a collision in the first minute saw a clash of heads between Robins skipper Amer Awadh and James Gurteen, both requiring treatment as a result.
Berkhamsted then opened the scoring after a quarter hour. Harding released JJ Lacey down the wing, before working his way into the box to receive it back and finish home.
Evesham United rallied right back at them and drew the scores level just four minutes later, as Andre Wright broke free to curl an effort home.
As the first half ran on, chances became few and far between with neither side allowing the other an inch in a tight battle.

A similar narrative ensued as the second half began, but the pace soon picked up as both sides tried to notch that key go-ahead goal.
Charlie Horlock denied the Robins that opportunity, making a quickfire double save to deny Levi Steele twice.
The hosts came back in response and Watkins nearly netted his brace, firing inches wide of the mark after running through one-on-one.
With five minutes of regular time to go, the hosts were again agonisingly denied, as the ball ricocheted off the woodwork from a corner.
However just a minute later Evesham conceded the decisive goal.
Lacey stole the ball off the defence and pulled it back to Watkins who fired home into the top corner.
They guaranteed the victory in stoppage time on the break. Evesham committed men forward in an attempt to salvage a point.
Winning a corner, they even sent the goalkeeper up but Berkhamsted did enough to keep it out before hitting the Robins on the break.
Harding broke through, ran 20 yards and finished home into an empty net for the victory.
