All four goals arrived in a blistering opening 20 minutes that left the Robins stunned.
Town took control from the outset, and the breakthrough came after five minutes when Jack Mazzone chest controlled Ashley Lodge’s lofted pass before steering a composed finish into the corner from the penalty spot area.
Bradley Wilson then struck twice in three minutes on his home debut. His first came when Mazzone released him in behind to coolly slot past the keeper; the second followed a dangerous cross that Evesham failed to clear, leaving Wilson with a simple tap-in.

The game was effectively over by the 17th minute as Conor Lee, making his first start of the season after a long injury lay-off, scrambled in a fourth from close range.
Evesham tried to respond after the break and earned a penalty when Levi Steele was brought down by keeper Luke Wynne-Roberts, but Steele dragged the spot-kick well wide.
Their frustration grew when Brandon Liggett received a second yellow, as Chertsey climbed to 11th with Evesham slipping to 12th place in the league.
