BOSS Paul Collicutt is urging Evesham United’s support cast to seize their moment in the limelight against Stratford Town tomorrow (7.45).
The Robins host their higher-ranked rivals in a League Cup first round tie on the back of a fourth home defeat of the season – Saturday 2-0 Southern League West reverse against Didcot.
And with a mouth-watering trip to heavyweights and promotion rivals Salisbury to follow, Collicutt revealed regular spots would be up for grabs.
“There will be one or two changes,” he said. “After Saturday, there is an opportunity for players to shine and put themselves in contention.
“It is a derby against a team from a higher level but we will see how it pans out on the night. Stratford may play their full first team, they may not.
“I would much rather have a game than train, though, and it gives a few lads the chance to show what they can do. I just hope we can be positive.”
