SUMMER signing Ashley Beck fractured his leg in Worcester Warriors' 38-27 win at Stade Francais in the European Challenge Cup last night.
The Welsh international centre, 28, was stretched off after Worcester’s first attack in Paris on just three minutes.
“It wasn’t great to see Ashley taken off on a stretcher so early on,” head coach Rory Duncan said.
Former Ospreys player Beck’s injury was the only negative on an otherwise memorable night for Warriors who ran up their highest score on French soil in only their fourth win in France.
The club Tweeted today: "We can confirm that Ashley suffered a fractured leg in last night's win in Paris. He has travelled back with the team today.
"We wish Ashley all the best for a speedy recovery. Thank you all for your messages of concern and support."
