Our aims: To provide high quality, affordable and flexible childcare. To provide a happy, secure and safe learning environment. To plan and provide activities and play opportunities that develop individual children's emotional, physical, social and intellectual capabilities Visiting us: We believe that parents and prospective parents should be able to visit us at any time. If you would like to see our facilities please feel free to call in at your convenience. Ideal times to visit, to avoid sleep times and meal times are before12.00 noon and after 2.30pm. Follow the A4103 main Worcester Hereford road. When you come to the mini roundabout in Bransford village turn in to the Bank House Hotel entrance from that roundabout. Follow the car park road around to the left and the nursery will be straight in front of you. Park up in front of the nursery in our own car parking area and ring the bell on the front door. We'll look forward to meeting you. Menu: Hot food is prepared and cooked on the premises on a daily basis in our own kitchen. We have a 4 week rotating menu and provide a balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Special dietry needs can be catered for. The rear of the nursery is a secure play area where the children can play and learn under supervision. There is a a paved area for activities when the weather doesn't permit playing elsewhere. In more favourable conditions there is a large, fenced, grassed area for play. We plan to develop this area over the coming spring and summer so that the children can learn about plants, insects and other aspects of their environment. Also in the rear gardens are several well established small trees. The Silver Birch and Rowen trees attract a variety of native and migratory birds which the children are encouraged to take interest in. There are also pear and apple trees which provide fruit in the summer months. It's an opportunity for children to see fruit growing from blossom to the point where it can be picked and eaten from the tree. The nursery also teaches and encourages children to recycle. We have paper, plastic and foil recycling bins in our craft room and a compost bin in our garden. Children will be encouraged to play an active part in caring for the environment.
