SALTER Robert Charles Salter (Sam) Thank you Doreen, Andrew and Paul would like to thank everyone involved in Sam’s care (there were so many). For the support from our close Family and loyal Friends. Riverside Surgery. The Willows Ward, Evesham Hospital Phillip Tomlins for his funeral arrangements ,for his calm and peaceful way he handled it. Elaine Major for a beautiful Service Many thanks for the cards and messages of the bereavement, also Evesham United Football Club for their Tribute Rest in Peace
