Excellent Service

9:49am Monday 24th November 2008

MY wife and I have lived here since 1976 and have been with the Westwoods Bassett Road, Northleach Surgery from that date. We both have had such excellent service from the dispensary at all times. I am 88 years old and we live four miles outside Northleach and find it very convenient to be able to pick up our medication immediately after seeing a doctor and also for renewing prescriptions. This would not be possible if we had to use a local chemist. MR AND MRS R AND B OWENS, Hungerford Cottages, Compton Abdale, Cheltenham.

A bridge too far

11:27am Friday 21st November 2008

As a disabled person, who complained about disabled access at Evesham Railway Station, I am disgusted that Network Rail failed to take into consideration the actual needs of their disabled travellers in their provision of an access ramp, even after I had pointed them out.
