RAIL services operated by London Midland in Worcestershire are suffering delays because of signalling problems between Smethwick Galton Bridge and Old Hill.

Trains between Birmingham Snow Hill and Stourbridge junction were cancelled and passengers were told they could use their tickets on scheduled bus and tram services.

First Great Western services between the county and London Paddington, were also hit, this time by a signalling problem in West London.

Passengers travelling to London were advised to use alternative services through Birmingham.
