VIADUCT
All the new foundations have been completed. All but four of the columns have been completed.
The demolition work will be carried out during the road closure. The construction has commenced of the new abutment at the north end of the viaduct.
BRIDGE
The coring has been completed through the existing arch and bridge deck.
Seventy-five per cent of the dowels required to the existing bridge abutments have been completed.
Fixing the reinforcement for the north-west bridge abutment has started.
TRAFFIC ALERTS
Bretforton: Main Street due to be closed for one day before August 9 for surface dressing.
Honeybourne: Mickleton Road due to be closed for two days between July 25 and August 7 for carriageway repairs by Worcestershire Highways.
Bredon: Temporary traffic signals on Main Road near Oak Lane junction for scaffolding protection. Due to finish tomorrow.
