THE annual Overbury street market is set to fill the village streets this summer for the 36th time.

The free market, which will take place on Saturday, July 12, is the villages biggest summer event.

It will take place between 10am and noon against a picturesque backdrop of stone cottages, St Faith’s Church and the 18th century Overbury Court.

During the two hours there will be opportunities to pick up quality bargains as well as a range of Overbury Farm Lamb and home produced cakes and goodies from Anne's Pantry.

Stalls this year will include the ever popular Going for a Song overflowing with paraphernalia of all descriptions.

There will also be stalls selling books, gifts, cards and hand-made jewellery, talented local artists will be displaying their work and Conderton potter Toff Milway will encourage you to visitors to throw a pot on his wheel.

Whitcombe Garden will open and there are magnificent raffle prizes to be won and a range of refreshments on sale.
