HIDCOTE Manor Garden will be invaded by pirates as The London Contemporary Theatre Company perform their production of ‘Treasure Island’ there for the first time.
The play will be staged outdoors on Saturday, August 2 on the sweeping Great Lawn of the National Trust property near Chipping Campden.
Hidcote will be getting into the swashbuckling theme and guests will be encouraged to explore the scenery, before settling down to enjoy the adaption of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic tale.
Winthrop’s Café will be open for refreshments and the Spot Loggins ice cream cart will be on hand to provide treats.
Doors to the event open at 6.30 pm and the play starts at 7.30 pm.
