EIGHTEEN new homes could be built in Fladbury if plans submitted by Lone Star Land are successful.
The proposed new housing estate would be located on land at the Black Shed, Broadway Lane, Fladbury, near Pershore.
Development would see the existing development demolished and replaced with the new homes, seven of which are set to be affordable housing.
The application will be considered by Wychavon District Council in the coming months.
