Elderly couple and dog supported by firefighters following early morning blaze
AN elderly couple and their dog were supported by firefighters after a fire broke out at their home in the early hours of this morning.
Crews from Evesham were called to a property in Cornfield Way, Ashton under Hill, at 3am this morning after a fire involving a meter box and roof timbers broke out.
Western Power was requested to attend to help with restoring electrical supply.
No one was injured.
