Broken down vehicle closes one lane of M5 northbound
DRIVERS are being warned that one lane of the M5 northbound is currently closed.
One lane is currently closed at junction J4A (NEC, Airport, M42, London (M40), The North East (M1)).
Highways England said it is expected to clear by 1.30pm.
