NATIONAL Citizen Service students will raise money for Freedom Day Centre at a pub quiz on Monday.
The centre helps local people with learning disabilities.
Some of their work includes holding discos for the service users to allow them to socialise and relax.
We have chosen this charity as not only does it help these people socialise but also build their confidence, learn new skills and feel a little happier about life.
Money will be raised at a pub quiz at The De Montfort School hall on Monday July 24 at 5.30pm.
The volunteers hope to raise a minimum of £1000 and are also hosting a bingo night at The Pub in a Club in Badsey to help raise the funds.
