Evesham’s most and least expensive streets have been revealed.

Five years’ worth of sold house price data across the WR11, has found that Dumbleton, Low Road and Elmley Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the area.

Home sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2016 to come to this result.

In Dumbleton, three properties sold for an average of £981,685.

Low Road saw seven properties sell for an average of £719,000 whilst Elmley Road had three sales for an average of £702,666.

At the other end of the scale, Homesmith House on St Marys Road is home to some of the cheapest properties with 22 properties sold in this time at an average of £78,003.

The Old School House, Kings Road, saw five properties sold for an average of £83,400 and William House had four sales at an average of £88,875.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam has explained the findings.

He said: “to keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Broadway Road (WR11) sold for £950,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £95,000 and under on Brick Kiln Court (WR11), Churchill Court, Pershore Road (WR11) and Banner Court (WR11.”
