Skeletons have taken over a front garden in Evesham.

Helen Merriman and her family have once again transformed their garden to celebrate their favourite time of the year.

Helen turns 42 on Sunday, October 30, before her Dad David celebrates his 71st a day later, on Halloween.

Every year for the last five years, Helen and her parents have set about decking the halls for the spooky season.

Last year the front garden of Helen's home, on Rynal Place, became a graveyard and now the dead have risen once again.

She said: “I love Halloween and it’s my birthday as well.

“I have made my house nice, so people come to me and I don’t have to go out.

“I started with just a few bits, and it has just got bigger and bigger and the kids all love it!”

This year, Helen is raising money for the Midlands Air Ambulance and Evesham Scouts and so far, £150 has been donated.

There is a donation box outside the house, or you can donate online via GoFundMe.
