An Evesham school is changing the houses pupils are placed into when they join.
St Egwin’s is naming its new houses after inspirational figures from the worlds of literature, maths, sport, science and the natural world.
From September, pupils will be placed into either Christie, Turing, Farah, Curie or Attenborough.

Headteacher Andy Collard said: “We have maintained the colours associated with each house but we hope that the rebranding of houses to associate with incredible people will further inspire all our pupils and help them to realise that they too are capable of amazing things.”
