PREMIERSHIP footballer Jack Grealish is due to have his speeding case heard at a Worcester court tomorrow (Wednesday).

Jack Grealish of Cherry Hill Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham, is due at Worcester Magistrates Court for speeding and failing to identify a driver suspected of an offence.

The 28-year-old professional footballer, who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder for Premier League club Manchester City and the England national team, is due in court for exceeding the 30mph speed limit in a Land Rover at Wythall on July 17 last year.

The alleged offence happened in Station Road with the speed said in the charge to have been captured by manned equipment.

The case was previously adjourned at the request of the defence on February 15.

He is further charged with failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle suspected of an offence when required on August 17 at Droitwich 'having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for West Mercia'.
