A CHEF at the Cotswold Conference Centre near Broadway has made it to the finals of a culinary challenge.
Fiona Mansell-Shelton will compete in a cook-off in the Conference Centres of Excellence/International Association of Conference Centres Chef’s Challenge on Saturday, April 25.
The contest at Stratford College will see the finalists be judged by a panel of professionals from the hospitality industry.
Catering manager Rosie Neale said: “We are delighted and very proud that Fiona has got through to the final of the CCE Chef’s Challenge. It’s the first time we have got this far and it has really motivated the rest of the team and caused a buzz among the staff.”
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on the night at Scarman House at the University of Warwick.
