NINE to 11-year-olds across Evesham are being called on to help shape the future look and feel of Evesham library.
Worcestershire County Council’s FLOSS scheme - Funding Lots of Super Stuff - is aimed at giving youngsters a say in the provision of activities and projects for fellow young people in the area.
Local boys and girls can play their part and share their views by completing an outline questionnaire at the county council’s website at worcestershire.gov.uk/eveshamlibrary, by e-mailing eveshamlib@worcestershire.gov.uk or by visiting the library in Oat Street.
Janine Downes, Evesham library manager, said: “We want to get the young people of Evesham to create their own space and have a say in how it looks, and what service it provides.
“This is an opportunity to make a real change to the library.
“Nothing is beyond the bounds of possibility - music streaming, e-books, film clubs - we just really need to find out what young people want from their local library.”
