CROOME Court, near Pershore, is hosting an exciting new photographic exhibition.
Critically acclaimed photographer Vanley Burke has worked with the National Trust to produce a display of images entitled ‘Colour in the Countryside.’ The exhibition is touring sites across the midlands and for the rest of October, it is on display at Croome Court.
Mr Burke has spent time exploring National Trust parkland armed with his camera to create an exhibition of images depicting people of all cultural backgrounds enjoying the great outdoors.
Mr Burke, who has been photographing urban everyday life for more than 30 years, said: “My perception of the National Trust has changed - particularly now I have seen how hard the West Midlands region is working to engage with new audiences.
“I hope that the photographs will spark off conversation between visitors. I really want them to stimulate discussion and be thought provoking.”
‘Colour in the Countryside’ at Croome Court , runs until Sunday October, 31 from Wednesdays to Mondays, 11am to 4.30pm. For more information visit nationaltrust.org.uk/westmidlands
