At our April meeting, Jenny Phelps was the speaker. Jenny has over 30 years experience in facilitating environmental delivery with farmers, landowners and communities in Gloucestershire, specialising in developing a simple framework for helping communities become resilient to climate change. She is a visiting lecturer at the Royal Agricultural University and was awarded an MBE in 2016. We were inspired by her enthusiasm and knowledge and we were reminded that we can all help look after our environment by beginning with our own gardens.
Our next meeting will be held on Monday 14 May, when our speaker will be Irene Tyack, creator of The Yellow Hat Tribe.
The meeting commences at 7.30pm and takes place in St David’s Centre, Moreton in Marsh. We would be very pleased to welcome new members.
