Threats to kill case

 A MAN is to appear in court charged with two counts of threats to kill and one of harassment which put his victim in fear of violence.

Terrance Rock, aged 38, of Anne Crescent, Evesham, appeared before magistrates in Worcester on Tuesday.

He is charged with two threats to kill Rosie Barnett on June 4 and a third charge of harassment causing fear of violence between Wednesday, May 30, and Tuesday, June 5, this year against the same victim, including text messages and phone calls of a threatening and abusive nature.

Rock is next scheduled to appear at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, October 29.

His bail conditions are not to contact directly or indirectly Rosie Barnett or Joseph Smith.
