ON Saturday July 11 we ran the Gardening Club Stall at the annual Ebrington Village Fete. The event was a great success and as a result our stall selling plants and garden accessories did extremely well!

Tuesday July 14 over forty members made a return visit to Meadow Farm and Nursery at Feckenham. The weather was not so good but the garden was magnificent with the great majority of plants in full bloom. The added attraction this year was the Wild Flower Meadow – it has been revitalised after lying dormant for many years-lots of wild flowers and butterflies! There were many interesting and unusual plants in the Nursery which caught the eyes of many members! The evening was brought to an end with a welcome cup of tea and homemade cakes!

We are holding our Annual Club Summer Show on Saturday, August 8 at Washbrook Barn, Ebrington by kind permission of the Drinkwater Family. The show is open from 2pm with the Prizegiving at 4pm. Afternoon teas and cakes available throughout the show! The 117 classes present a wide range of opportunities for club members and an excellent collection of exhibits for visitors to see-entrance fee £1.

Tuesday, August 11 sees a visit to The Old Vicarage in Bledington—a garden planted for all year round interest.
