It is cruel and barbaric wk18

I WOULD like to express my disgust that in a supposedly civilised 21st century town we are allowing an ‘old fashioned traditional animal circus’ to set up in our park. This exercise of carting wild animals around the country in cages for people to gawp at is cruel and barbaric. The standard arguments that ‘conditions have improved’ is immaterial, in practice it is still wrong.
