FAILING to notify a local authority of a change in employment circumstances has cost a Moreton man more than £600.
Stuart Stimson, 40, of Anson Close, was found guilty of not informing Cotswold District Council he was in receipt of earnings between February 3, 2014 and March 22, 2015 which would affect his entitlement to housing benefit.
Cheltenham magistrates gave him a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered he pay costs of £620 and a victim surcharge of £15.
