A SUMMER concert organised by the Friends of Hailes Church is being held at Stanway Tithe Barn between Winchcombe and Broadway on Saturday, July 3 at 7.30pm.

The concert, A Pilgrimage of Music from Tudor to the Present Time, is the 10th Summer Concert organised in aid of charity, and features The English String Orchestra, directed by violinist Michael Bochmann, playing music by Vivaldi, Purcell, Henry VIII and Bach.

The concert will also feature the UK premiere of Helena Cavan’s Pilgrim’s Journey.
